Next of Kin Nomination
The credit union Next of Kin nomination is your opportunity to name the person, persons or group you wish to receive your shares and any insurance attached to them in the event of your death.
- To complete or change your nomination, visit our Reception desk.
You may nominate one individual or several and you may also nominate a charity or group if you wish.
You can also tell us how much you would like each nominee to receive if making multiple nominations.
You must update your nomination if you marry, divorce or if the nominee dies before you.
Please remember that a valid nomination takes precedence over a will. Where there are both a will and nomination, Derry Credit Union will act according to the nomination.
